We have had grass in our front yard since 2009. With the cost of water in Gilbert, maintenance, irrigation repairs and incentives offered by the city, we decided to convert the grass to turf. We researched 4 companies in making our decision. In the end, we decided to go with Quality Turf for the project and couldn't be more pleased! Juan is is a trustworthy owner who backs what he says with a quality product and a team of professionals who do fantastic work. We expanded the project to include a complete upgrade of the irrigation system and the removal of a large Sisso tree. All work performed was superb! I highly recommend Juan and his team of professionals for any turf project...and beyond. ~ Chad O

This team took our completely dirt backyard and transformed it into a beautiful space for us to enjoy for many years! From the beginning they were easy and enjoyable to work with. Breanne did an awesome job of taking the vision in my head, designing it out and getting us a quote back in a timely manner. Angel in the office was in constant contact through the entire process and enough after the work was completed to make sure everything was as planned and that we are happy with the finished job. Oscar, Cosmo and the rest of the team spent 3 days working in the Arizona summer heat to ensure that the design came to life!! Oscar and his team are amazing! We showed him what we were looking for and they delivered! Communication with him, Angel and his brothers were top notch. Everyone made sure we were in the loop about everything since it was raining a lot over the weekend, landscaping was delayed by a day but Oscar kept us posted about when materials would arrive and when it was appropriate to start. Angel is the sweetest to schedule us and made sure we had all our questions answered. They made sure we were 100% satisfied with the design throughout the process. It took just a little over 2 days but it came out perfectly! We can’t wait to grill and hang out outside in our beautiful backyard! ~ Cemby K

I highly recommend Quality Turf for your landscaping needs. The team was professional and helpful , they listened to our wants, gave great suggestions during the free estimate, and they communicated to their team the full scope of the work so the crew knew exactly our expectations. The on-site supervision was amazing, the lead communicated with us as the project progressed, again walking with us and giving us suggestions and explained the timeline of the project, letting us know the stages of our project. The crews were always on time , worked neat and were respectful of our neighbors. Our project was large, moving rock, adding in artificial turf, pavers in a courtyard, adding pavers to extend our driveway and into the backyard. In addition they built two small retaining walls to create planters the full length of our backyard. They exceeded all our expectations. ~ Christopher G

We came around Quality turf AZ at the most recent home show and I’m so glad we did! Although they’re a new small company and the owner happened to be on vacation and out of town during our planning and scheduling of our job so there were a couple of mix ups on communication all of that taken into consideration I’m still happy we chose them to create our backyard landscaping. It looks awesome and seems to have been a reasonable price. They came and did our estimate on a Sunday which is hard to find, but best for my schedule, they had us planned and the job completed within 3 weeks from the day we found them at the home show! Quality turf did it amazing job on my turf installation in my backyard. Their staff is very professional super friendly and the crew that installed my artificial turf. Since we moved to Arizona 2 yrs ago, Quality Turf is the FIRST Business that we came across that Showed up, on Time, and Did what they said they would do Jeremy showed up very professional, attentive, pleasant, & understood what we the customer wanted & made it happen! Angel, Jeremey and the whole team are amazing! We were looking to get some turf installed around our restaurant on short notice and they found a way to meet me same day. Jeremey took the time to show me different sample and the benefits of each type as well as walk the property with me. He wasn't pushy at all and explained to me why some turf would be better for the purpose we needed. The whole team is very professional, customer service is great as well as the price! I Contracted a man named Manuel Reyes to put pavers and artificial turf in 2018. The turf he installed had white lines, it looked very bad. never came back to fix the problem. I decided to call Quality Turf to fix the eye sore that Mr Reyes left. I only wish I had contacted Quality Turf the first time. Angel C. Hopkins answered the phone and put me in contact with Oscar, they started the work when they told me they would. Angel has been very attentive throughout the project. Quality Turf was amazing from start to finish. From the very first meeting they were knowledgeable and took time to explain every little detail about the process. I wasn’t really sure on what I exactly wanted to do so they designed a entire backyard for me and I loved it. The communication during the demo and install made everything so much easier to always know what step of the process they were on. Everyone at Quality Turf was top notch; Sal was knowledgeable and thorough. He was our first contact with this company. We had 5 estimates. Sal was the only one who looked at the area in question, drew out a schematic of his vision for it, and explained it to us. The estimate was extremely fair for the amount of product and time they were going to spend on it. Angel, our office contact, was always more than pleasant and really cared that everything went smoothly. She did her utmost to keep it going for us. We would love to adopt her! Oskar, the team supervisor, was excellent to work with also. He came when he said he would be there, wanted to go over the plan again before the team started, and drove out again to our house to check on a couple of questions we had after the job was completed. The team itself worked hard and even had the fill rock delivered and dumped onto a tarp in our driveway to minimize any mess. This company truly deserves a definite 5 star rating. ~ joseph F

I love my new turf- it is BEAUTIFUL! The product is perfect and Breanna spent a lot of time explaining the pro's and con's of each type of turf as well as the process of installation. It was much more involved than I realized and this company lived up to everything they promised and then some. They were prompt , courteous, very efficient and extremely neat. The follow up was fantastic. My yard looks better than ever. I had been hesitant about it because I was worried about the heat and my dogs burning their feet. It can get hot in the height of afternoon sun so I don't have my dogs outside then. As soon as the sun is not on the grass it is very comfortable. I don't have to look at blank spots, brown patches , weeds, and the seasonal swap out between summer and winter, and all that entails. It is just this beautiful seamless soft green expanse. I looked at 4 companies, and although they each had nice people and products, Breanna was so thorough and knowledgeable it was very clear she and this company were the only choice. ~ Lizzie

We had a great experience with Quality Turf. We met Breanna at the home show, she is great and knows what she is doing! She helped in designed the turf, rocks and beautiful pavers. Angel helped us throughout our project and is so professional and personable. The crew that came to do our yard was great, and working in this heat, our family appreciates them so much. I am very pleased with the service I received from Quality Turf. I reached out to them on a Saturday, and immediately got a call from on a Sunday which I was very shocked to receive. Angel and staff were very friendly and helpful. They even worked with my budget and allowed me to finance which other companies were not willing to do. Once the job was done, I was impressed along with the kid and doggies as they played on the grass immediately. I even referred them to a friend right after the work was done. Breanna came out within a day to quote us for artificial turf and a short paver walkway. Once we signed the contract, the job was scheduled to start within a few days, thanks to Angel in the office. Cosmo, the project manager, came out the first day to confirm what we wanted, and then left Irving and crew to do the work. I work at home so I was able to hear the crew laughing, and listening to music while they worked. They all seemed to enjoy their job. I put in a large nine hole putting green along with artificial turf around the pool and my paver fire pit. I told the salesman (Joe) I wanted him to wow me with a design. He was a good listener. He did wow me with his design. He included a video presentation as well - no other company did that. He include an area for me to be able to chip as well. We made a few changes and ran into a couple of communication issues. I met with Joe and Oscar to discuss the communication issues in the final design. We came to an equitable compromise. They got the job. I was scheduled quickly as promised. The people working the job knew what they were doing. They worked many hours each day and had my job completed in less than a week. I am enjoying my new putting green. The ball rolls very nicely. I asked Oscar if there was a way to make the roll a bit quicker - he said yes, and they are doing some additional "rolling" of my entire green - to speed up the ball roll. This company rocks!!! It started with Jermey coming to my house scoping out my backyard within minutes he had a design so i can see. He gave me plenty of time to look it over. I accepted the scope within a week he had his crew doing the work. His workers were very professional and hard workers they were done in 2 days cleaned up after themselves. We are so very happy with the service received from Quality Turf! They responded to my inquiry immediately, came out the same week to give me a quote and came in at half the price of their competitors. I even called them back to confirm it wasn't a typo. Quality turf and Juan were fantastic. I had about 8500 sq ft of turf installed and putting green. It was the most enjoyable experience. He finished 2 days early. The job install was perfection at its best. Had Juan Gus back again yesterday as landscaper had to add drainage and needed to roll back turf. Juan’s guys came back in a moment notice and put everything back together. His workers were just fantastic and just nice guys. They cleaned up as if no work had been done. I am impressed. ~ Bob C
